Work-Life Balance
All FUTREND employees receive Paid Time Off (PTO), and based on time with the company an employee's annual PTO accrual will increase over time. Employees are also eligible for 10 Paid Holidays each year.

We provide three different plans of health insurance coverage for our employees. We also offer voluntary supplemental life and accident insurance for you and your dependents.
